By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Finger Lakes Performance for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about our services, including but not limited to performance coaching, training programs, and related updates. Message and data rates may apply. 

Message Frequency 

You will receive multiple messages from us unless you opt out. While messaging frequency varies, you can expect to receive you can expect to receive up to 1-5 messages per month. Finger Lakes Performance reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Finger Lakes Performance and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
